Technical Analysis
Circle Internet at $90.40 is trading above its major moving averages, sitting 7.3% above the 20-day SMA ($84.30) and 5% above the 200-day SMA ($86.13), which keeps the intermediate trend pointed upward. That said, the 20-day SMA remains below the 50-day SMA (a bearish crossover), a reminder that the stock is still working through prior damage even as price improves.
From a longer-term lens, the stock is still down 30.34% over the past 12 months, so bulls generally want to see higher highs build above the late-summer/early-fall pivot area. Key levels traders tend to watch here include:
- Key Resistance: $100 — Round-number area where rallies often pause as traders take profits or reassess.
- Key Support: $78.50 — Prior buy-zone that sits near the stock’s recent lower trading area.
Zooming out, the Technology sector is down 3.47% over the past 30 days but up 5.40% over the past 90 days, which fits a “pullback then recovery” backdrop.
CRCL Stock Price Activity: Circle shares were up 6.72% at $91.79 at the time of publication on Wednesday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
