Roze AI Inc. (NASDAQ:RZAI) stock jumped more than 90% in Thursday premarket trading, extending volatility after the disaster-focused artificial intelligence company made its Nasdaq debut earlier this week.
The company’s common shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on Tuesday, Sept. 29, under the ticker RZAI. The listing was completed through a direct listing rather than a traditional initial public offering.
Nasdaq Debut Puts Roze AI In Focus
Roze AI said the listing could help support its international expansion as it develops AI-powered technology designed to identify fire risks before an incident occurs.
The company operates through South Korea-based subsidiary Roze AI Korea Co. Ltd.
Its technology combines artificial intelligence, IoT wireless sensors, data analytics and digital twin systems to monitor buildings and assess fire risks.

Fire 4Cast Targets Early Warning
Roze AI’s Disaster AI Platform, or DAP, collects information from sensors installed at facilities and analyzes operating conditions.
The platform calculates a Fire Risk Index. Its Fire 4Cast system then uses that information to provide early warnings that can help operators take preventive action.
The company said its systems have been installed at government facilities, military bases, production sites and power plants in South Korea.
The company also manufactures automatic fire detectors and wireless communication devices and designs firefighting systems.
Most of its revenue currently comes from fire detection and alarm products and systems, with substantially all revenue generated in South Korea.
The sharp move comes only two trading days after the company’s Nasdaq debut, leaving the newly listed stock exposed to potentially significant price swings as investors establish positions.
RZAI Price Action: Roze AI shares were up 91.96% at $42.00 during premarket trading on Thursday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
