Progress Software, Nft And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Thursday’s Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Dow futures falling around 200 points on Thursday.

Shares of Progress Software Corp (NASDAQ:PRGS) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported third-quarter financial results.

Progress Software reported fiscal third-quarter revenue of $246 million, down 2% year over year, while non-GAAP EPS rose 13% to $1.69 and ARR increased 1% to $873 million.

Progress Software shares dipped 2.3% to $39.05 in pre-market trading.

  • Corteva Inc (NYSE:CTVA) tumbled 56.6% to $33.89 in pre-market trading.
  • Nft Ltd (NYSE:MI) fell 54.6% to $0.98 in pre-market trading after the company announced a $36 million offering of 80 million shares at $0.45 per share.
  • Vivakor inc (NASDAQ:VIVK) fell 20.8% to $0.40 in pre-market trading after the company announced a 1-for-15 reverse stock split of its issued and outstanding common stock.
  • Lion Group Holding Ltd – ADR (NASDAQ:LGHL) fell 15.4% to $4.81 in pre-market trading after jumping over 25% on Wednesday. Lion Group recently announced a strategic reallocation of a portion of its digital-asset treasury.
  • Inventiva SA – ADR (NASDAQ:IVA) fell 8.1% to $3.39 in pre-market trading after gaining 12% on Wednesday.
  • SGHC Ltd (NYSE:SGHC) fell 6.4% to $10.63 in pre-market trading.
  • Waterdrop Inc – ADR (NYSE:WDH) declined 5.8% to $0.96 in pre-market trading.
  • Paysign Inc (NASDAQ:PAYS) fell 5% to $12.81 in pre-market trading.
  • Liquidia Corp (NASDAQ:LQDA) dipped 4.2% to $28.99 in pre-market trading. On Wednesday, a federal court in Delaware ruled that two claims of a patent asserted by United Therapeutics (NASDAQ:UTHR) are valid and infringed by Liquidia, the company said in a press release. The litigation concerns Yutrepia (treprostinil) inhalation powder, Liquidia’s lead product.
  • Pacific Biosciences of California Inc (NASDAQ:PACB) fell 3.4% to $2.29 in pre-market trading.
