NovaGen Combination and $10 Million Cornerstone Investment
The proposed transaction would combine Veea’s edge-computing and security architecture with NovaGen’s regenerative medicine software under a new entity named NovaGen Health Networks. Under a parallel term sheet, GeoNova Capital will make an initial $10 million investment in the combined Nasdaq-listed company to fund commercial development.
Emphasizing the strategic core of the platform, Veea Chairman and CEO Allen Salmasi stated: “NovaGen Health Networks demonstrates the power of AI at the edge, bringing Veea’s connectivity, computing, cybersecurity, storage and AI capabilities together in one global network, putting intelligence where care happens while giving people far greater control over their most personal information.”
