Sandisk Stock Slides Despite Q4 Earnings Beat — Details

Sandisk Corp. (NASDAQ:SNDK) posted its fourth-quarter results after Wednesday’s closing bell. Shares slipped despite the company beating analysts’ estimates.

Sandisk Q4 Details

Sandisk reported quarterly earnings of $39.25 per share, which beat the analyst estimate of $34.45 by 13.93%, according to Benzinga Pro data.

Quarterly revenue of $8.97 billion came in ahead of the $8.39 billion analyst estimate and was a massive increase from $1.9 billion in the same period last year.

Sandisk said revenue outperformance was driven by its mix shift toward higher-value customers, with data center up 437%, and higher pricing.

The company’s board of directors approved a $14 billion share repurchase program expansion, bringing the total to $15.5 billion available for purchases.

“We closed fiscal 2026 with a leading technology portfolio, established data center as a key growth pillar, and deepened our customer partnerships,” said CEO David Goeckeler.

“Our technology and products are well positioned to create value for our customers and generate growing and durable free cash flow.”

SNDK Stock Price Activity: According to data from Benzinga Pro, Sandisk stock was down 4.55% to $1,289.01 in Wednesday’s extended trading.
