What Is Driving ENTX Stock?
Entera expects the financing to extend its cash runway into 2030 and fund EB613’s Phase 3 program through a planned FDA application.
EB613 is Entera Bio’s investigational once-daily oral PTH(1-34) peptide tablet for osteoporosis, designed as a bone-building treatment.
Entera will sell approximately 122.96 million ordinary shares and pre-funded warrants covering up to 11.84 million shares. The company priced the ordinary shares at $2.04 each and the warrants at $2.04 minus their nominal exercise price.
Existing investor BVF Partners L.P. is leading the financing, alongside Longitude Capital, Vivo Capital, TCGX, RA Capital Management, Perceptive Advisors and other investors.
After closing, BVF will also gain the right to designate two directors to Entera’s board, subject to applicable requirements.
