CoreWeave, Inc. (NASDAQ:CRWV) shares are consolidating on Monday. They have been in a downtrend, but they may have found support. A reversal could be imminent.
As you can see on the chart below, there is support for CoreWeave around the $70 level. This is why it is the Stock of the Day.

If a stock or market is trending lower, it is out of equilibrium. There are more shares for sale than there are to be bought. Sellers have no choice but to offer their shares at a discount if they want to draw buyers into the market.
This results in a downtrend forming.
When the Dynamic Changes
When a stock reaches a support level, there are numerous buy orders. Investors and traders who wish to sell can do so without any fear of pushing the price lower.
After CoreWeave found support around the $70 level, a rally followed. This happened when some of the buyers who created the support became impatient and anxious. They decided to increase their bid prices.
Other anxious buyers saw this and did the same thing. This created an uptrend.
When the shares fell back to $70 in late March, there was support there again. This happened because some of the people who sold around $70 in early March regretted it when a rally followed.
Many of them decided to buy their shares back when they dropped back to the sell price. This large concentration of buy orders created support at the level again.
As you can see, CoreWeave has once again dropped back to this important level, and a similar dynamic may occur. People who sold shares around $70 two weeks ago are buying them back. This has created support for the shares at this important price level again.
If some of the buyers become anxious and impatient, a bidding war may break out. This could put CoreWeave into a new uptrend.
