U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Nasdaq 100 futures falling more than 200 points on Wednesday.
Shares of Pegasystems Inc (NASDAQ:PEGA) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected second-quarter financial results.
Pegasystems reported quarterly earnings of 35 cents per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of 43 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $420.716 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $426.601 million.
Pegasystems shares dipped 16% to $26.00 in pre-market trading.

- Adtran Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:ADTN) shares dipped 11.8% to $10.70 in pre-market trading after the company announced certain preliminary second quarter results.
- Dyne Therapeutics, Inc (NASDAQ:DYN) declined 10.2% to $21.40 in pre-market trading after the clinical-stage biotechnology company priced an upsized underwritten public offering of common stock.
- Ridgepost Capital Inc (NYSE:RPC) fell 9.3% to $8.00 in pre-market trading. Ridgepost Capital said it will release financial results for the second quarter before the opening bell on Wednesday, Aug. 5.
- FG Merger II Corp (NASDAQ:BXBL) declined 6.5% to $7.47 in pre-market trading after dipping 18% on Tuesday.
- Organogenesis Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:ORGO) fell 6% to $2.52 in pre-market trading.
- SK Hynix Inc – ADR (NASDAQ:SKHY) fell 6% to $161.70 in pre-market trading after jumping around 14% on Tuesday.
- AAR Corp (NYSE:AIR) fell 5.5% to $133.61 in pre-market trading following fourth-quarter results.
- Celldex Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:CLDX) declined 5.2% to $33.81 in pre-market trading after the company reported that the Phase 2 study of barzolvolimab delivered subcutaneously in prurigo nodularis did not meet its primary endpoint.
