U.S. stocks were mixed, with the Dow Jones index falling around 100 points on Tuesday.
Shares of Goldman Sachs Group Inc (NYSE:GS) rose sharply following the release of quarterly results.
The firm reported earnings of $20.98 per share, well above the analyst consensus estimate of $14.40. Net revenue increased 39% year over year to $20.34 billion, beating the consensus estimate of $16.13 billion, driven by strength in its Global Banking & Markets business.
Goldman Sachs shares jumped 6.9% to $1,118.38 on Tuesday.

- Applied Optoelectronics Inc (NASDAQ:AAOI) rose 14.4% to $128.01 after the company that it begun construction of its two adjacent properties in Pearland, TX.
- Chronoscale Corp (NASDAQ:CHRN) surged 14.2% to $22.52.
- Tower Semiconductor Ltd (NASDAQ:TSEM) gained 13.6% to $260.92 after it announced a dual‑track expansion of 300mm SiPho, SiGe and advanced packaging in Japan. The company also updated its business model, targeting FY26 revenue of $3.6 billion above estimates.
- York Space Systems Inc (NYSE:YSS) gained 12.7% to $21.60.
- Regencell Bioscience Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:RGC) gained 12.7% to $5.69.
- Okta Inc (NASDAQ:OKTA) gained 11.1% to $155.05.
- Bitmine Immersion Technologies Inc (NYSE:BMNR) gained 10.6% to $16.16. The company provided anchor funding to support the public launch of EthSystems.
- Crowdstrike Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:CRWD) gained 10.4% to $207.26.
