U.S. stocks were higher, with the Dow Jones index gaining around 50 points on Friday.
Shares of Equipmentshare.Com Inc (NASDAQ:EQPT) rose sharply after the company raised its FY26 revenue guidance. Also, the company authorized a $500 million share repurchase program.
EquipmentShare now expects annual revenue of $5.25 billion to $5.68 billion, up from its previous forecast of $5.15 billion to $5.58 billion. The company raised its adjusted core EBITDA outlook to $1.95 billion to $2.06 billion from $1.88 billion to $2.00 billion.
Equipmentshare.Com shares jumped 15.4% to $18.47 on Friday.

- WD-40 Co (NASDAQ:WDFC) shares jumped 20.7% to $289.18 after the company reported better-than-expected third-quarter financial results. Also, the company raised its FY26 adjusted EPS and sales guidance above estimates.
- Cadiz Inc (NASDAQ:CDZI) gained 13.4% to $4.52. Cadiz received a right-of-way grant from U.S. Bureau of Land Management to initiate construction on conversion of Cadiz Northern pipeline from natural gas to water conveyance.
- Vodafone Group PLC (NASDAQ:VOD) gained 12.3% to $14.69. Emirates Telecommunications Group Company PJSC, known as e&, said Friday it has agreed to sell its entire stake in Vodafone for approximately 21.8 billion United Arab Emirates dirham ($5.95 billion), following a strategic review of its international investment portfolio.
- Jackson Financial Inc (NYSE:JXN) gained 10.4% to $122.26. Jefferies analyst Suneet Kamath upgraded Jackson Financial from Hold to Buy and raised the price target from $120 to $140.
- Circle Internet Group Inc (NYSE:CRCL) surged 8.6% to $68.44 after the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) granted final approval to establish Circle National Trust, a federally regulated national trust bank.
- CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:CCC) surged 8% to $5.80 after the company reportedly is exploring a sale.
- Bitzero Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:AIBZ) rose 7.6% to $7.74.
- Almonty Industries Inc (NASDAQ:ALM) climbed 7.2% to $15.76. DA Davidson analyst Matt Summerville maintained Almonty with a Buy and raised the price target from $25 to $33.
- KB Financial Group Inc (NYSE:KB) gained 7% to $123.43.
- DSC Holdings Ltd – ADR (NASDAQ:DSC) gained 6.8% to $7.32.
- Forte Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ:FBRX) rose 6.4% to $39.06. Forte Biosciences recently announced results from the FB102 double-blind placebo-controlled phase 1b study in vitiligo.
- Unity Software Inc (NYSE:U) rose 6.1% to $32.62. Unity will release second quarter 2026 financial results before the opening bell on Aug. 6.
