Navitas Reports Q3 Double-Beat, Solid Q4 Guidance: Details

Navitas Semiconductor Corp. (NASDAQ:NVTS) posted its third-quarter fiscal 2026 results after Tuesday’s closing bell, beating estimates on the top and bottom lines.  Here’s a look at the details inside the report.

Navitas Q3 Details

Navitas Semiconductor reported quarterly losses of three cents per share, which beat the analyst estimate for losses of four cents, per Benzinga Pro data.

Quarterly revenue clocked in at $13.99 million, which beat the Street estimate of $13.17 million and was up from $10.11 million in the same period last year.

The company highlighted that total revenue grew 33% sequentially and 38% year-over-year, driven by high-power markets.

“Our strong third quarter results and the continued acceleration in high-power markets reflect the successful execution of our Navitas 2.0 transformation,” stated CEO Chris Allexandre.

“By year-end, we expect mobile and low-end consumer revenue to be essentially eliminated from our mix, further positioning the company as a high-power business with AI infrastructure, composed of AI data centers and energy grid infrastructures that power them, expected to account for more than 40% of total revenue,” Allexandre added.
