Google, Amazon and Apple Are in AI’s Inner Circle. These 15 Domains Made the Cut

Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOGL) (NASDAQ:GOOG) Google, Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) and Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) are among 15 domains that consistently appeared across major AI platforms in Semrush’s 2026 AI Visibility Index, alongside Reddit, Inc. (NYSE:RDDT), Microsoft Corp (NASDAQ:MSFT) and several other familiar digital brands. The findings offer investors a glimpse of which online destinations maintain visibility as AI tools become another way people discover information.

The 15 Domains

Semrush’s report, released Oct. 13, identifies a Universal Core of 15 domains that appeared in the top 100 mention lists across ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews in both the U.S. and U.K. throughout the seven months from January through July 2026.

The list includes Adobe Inc. (NASDAQ:ADBE), Apple, Amazon, Etsy, Inc. (NYSE:ETSY), Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, Microsoft Corp., Reddit, Inc., Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX), Samsung, Spotify Technology S.A. (NYSE:SPOT), TikTok and YouTube.

The group spans technology giants, social networks, streaming platforms and online marketplaces. Rather than ranking the companies by performance, Semrush describes the Universal Core as a measure of consistent presence across AI platforms.

Visibility Is Not Revenue

For investors, the findings raise a bigger question: can established digital platforms carry their influence into AI-driven discovery?

Repeated appearances could help brands remain visible when consumers ask AI tools questions, seek recommendations or explore products. But being mentioned in an AI-generated answer is not the same as receiving a website citation, referral visit or sale.

That distinction matters for businesses that depend on advertising, subscriptions, search traffic or e-commerce. Reddit’s community discussions, for example, represent a different kind of online destination from Amazon’s marketplace or Adobe’s creative software ecosystem, even if all three appear in the same group.

What Investors Should Watch

The report does not establish that AI visibility causes revenue growth or improves stock performance. Instead, it identifies domains that repeatedly appear across major AI platforms, providing a starting point for examining how AI could reshape online discovery.

Investors should watch whether consistent visibility translates into measurable traffic, customer acquisition and monetization. Being included in AI’s inner circle may offer a competitive advantage, but converting attention into durable financial returns remains the bigger test.
