Haemonetics Stock Hits 52-Week High – Here’s Why

Haemonetics Corporation (NYSE:HAE) stock surged Thursday after the company disclosed that CSL Plasma Inc. plans to deploy its NexSys PCS devices with Persona PLUS technology across all its current U.S. plasma collection centers by the end of 2027.

The planned rollout marks a significant expansion of the company’s supply relationship with CSL Plasma.

CSL Plasma Expands Device Rollout

In an SEC filing, Haemonetics said CSL Plasma expects to complete the rollout of its plasma collection devices and related disposable products by the end of 2027.

The announcement follows an Aug. 18 agreement under which CSL Plasma gained access to Haemonetics’ NexSys PCS devices with Persona PLUS technology and related disposable products in the United States.

The nonexclusive supply agreement allows CSL Plasma to use the company’s technology across its collection network.

On Thursday, CSL Plasma informed the company that it currently expects to transition all its existing U.S. plasma collection centers to the company’s devices and disposables.

The development could expand demand for Haemonetics’ plasma collection technology and recurring disposable products.

Maintains Fiscal 2027 Outlook

Despite the broader rollout plans, Haemonetics said the implementation schedule and other details remain subject to change.

The company also noted that both parties have yet to finalize certain aspects of the deployment.

As a result, the company maintained its previously issued fiscal 2027 financial guidance.

However, it expects to provide more details about the agreement’s potential financial impact during its fiscal second-quarter earnings call in November 2026.

The company also cautioned that actual results will depend on CSL Plasma’s purchasing volumes, rollout schedule and Haemonetics’ ability to meet product demand.

Haemonetics Price Action

HAE Price Action: Haemonetics shares were up 16.02% at $118.00 at the time of publication on Thursday. The stock is trading at a new 52-week high, according to Benzinga Pro data.
