Hyperscale Data, Inc. (AMEX:GPUS) reaffirmed its 2027 outlook—targeting $300 million to $350 million in revenue and $60 million to $80 million in adjusted EBITDA—and scheduled a Nov. 12 Investor Day to detail the potential sale of its Michigan campus.
Hyperscale previously estimated the campus could be worth $750 million to $1.25 billion.
At the event, the AI data center company will update investors on an agreement with a California-based neocloud provider. The deal covers an initial 20 MW of AI compute capacity targeted to launch in November 2026, with options to expand to 52 MW—a deployment that could generate over $3 billion in revenue over 20 years.
Having already invested more than $70 million in Alliance Cloud Services and the Michigan site, Hyperscale estimates the campus could ultimately support over 300 MW, depending on financing, approvals, infrastructure, and demand.
Hyperscale Reviews Strategic Options
Management will likely discuss strategic options for two subsidiaries: Sentinum, Inc. and askROI, Inc.
Hyperscale also previously announced plans to separate its Bitcoin mining operations from its Michigan and Montana data centers into Patriot BTC.
The move would leave the Michigan Campus focused on AI compute while separating Bitcoin mining operations.
Investor Day will also cover Hyperscale’s defense, energy, real estate, finance, and technology businesses, plus blockchain initiatives at Ault Markets, Inc.
Executive Chairman Milton “Todd” Ault III said, “We are focused on delivering the contracted capacity in our Michigan Campus and turning that investment into cash flow.”
GPUS Price Action: Hyperscale Data shares were up 1.80% at $0.17 at the time of publication on Monday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
