Datavault AI Stock Rebounds as Investors Weigh Big Order Against Lawsuit Risk

Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ:DVLT) shares rose on Wednesday, rebounding from Tuesday’s 16.63% decline.

Investors weighed a $100 million purchase order against ongoing litigation concerns. The move came with broader market strength, as the Technology sector gained 0.93%, the Nasdaq rose 0.74%, and the S&P 500 added 0.21%.

$100 Million Order Lifts Sentiment

Datavault AI on Tuesday announced an initial $100 million purchase order tied to its $QEST tokenization platform, while simultaneously reiterating its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $200 million.

The deployment uses NYIAX matching and settlement infrastructure acquired Aug. 18 and a June 26 NIL framework tied to 21 In Right Inc., an entity associated with Roberto Clemente’s family.

CEO Nathaniel Bradley said the strategy is designed “to identify an asset, authenticate it, establish its value, tokenize it and create a pathway to monetize it.”

Securities Class Action Adds Pressure

Datavault AI faces a securities class action on behalf of investors who bought shares between Sept. 4, 2024, and Oct. 30, 2025.

The complaint alleges misleading statements about partnerships and platform activity. It also says insiders sold 38.1 million shares for more than $73.8 million.

The case followed a short-seller report that questioned company claims, after which DVLT shares fell 19.44% on Oct. 31, 2025, to $2.03 per share.

DVLT Technical Trend Remains Weak

Despite Wednesday’s rebound, DVLT remains well below its major moving averages.

The stock trades 31.9% below its 20-day SMA and 44% below its 50-day SMA. It is also 55.9% below its 100-day SMA and 72.5% below its 200-day SMA.

The 20-day SMA remains below the 50-day SMA, while the February death cross continues to signal longer-term technical pressure.

MACD also remains below its signal line with a negative histogram, indicating weak momentum despite the rebound.

  • Key resistance sits near 26 cents, around the 20-day SMA.
  • Key support is near 15 cents, around the 52-week low area.

DVLT Stock Price Activity: Datavault AI shares were up 10.33% to $0.17 at the time of publication on Wednesday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
