Datavault AI (DVLT) Stock Hits All-Time Low: What’s Happening?

Shares of Datavault AI Inc (NASDAQ:DVLT) are trading sharply lower Tuesday afternoon, slipping despite the company announcing a landmark commercial purchase order as ongoing shareholder litigation notices continue to weigh on investor sentiment.

Initial $100 Million Order Opens Commercial Platforms as 2026 Guidance Reaffirmed

On Tuesday, Datavault AI announced it received an initial $100 million purchase order for its $QEST tokenization services, marking the commercial opening of its Information Data Exchange, NILvault and American Political Exchange platforms.

The deployment integrates matching and settlement infrastructure from NYIAX, which Datavault acquired on Aug. 18 as well as name, image and likeness architecture established under a June 26 agreement with Roberto Clemente’s family entity, 21 In Right Inc. Backed by projected compute asset listings from Project Qestrel, management reaffirmed its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $200 million.

CEO Nathaniel Bradley is scheduled to present operational details Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. ET. at the H.C. Wainwright 28th Annual Global Investment Conference. Emphasizing the platform’s infrastructure focus, Bradley stated, “Our objective has never been simply to create a token. We are building infrastructure designed to identify an asset, authenticate it, establish its value, tokenize it and create a pathway to monetize it.”

Securities Class Action and Short-Seller History

Persistent legal uncertainty surrounding class-action securities litigation appears to be overshadowing the commercial milestone. Addressing the filings on Sept. 9, Datavault said it intends to vigorously defend itself. The company noted the allegations mirror claims from an Oct. 31, 2025, short-seller report by Wolfpack Research, which Datavault is currently suing for defamation.
