Broadcom Inc (NASDAQ:AVGO) reported financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2026 after the closing bell on Wednesday. Here’s a look at the key details from the semiconductor company’s report.

Broadcom Q3 Highlights
Broadcom posted third-quarter revenue of $29.59 billion, beating analyst estimates of $29.36 billion. The company reported adjusted earnings of $3.32 per share for the quarter, beating estimates of $3.24 per share, according to Benzinga Pro.
Revenue in the quarter was up 86% on a year-over-year basis. Broadcom generated approximately $14.2 billion in cash from operations and $13.7 billion in free cash flow during the quarter.
“Demand for our custom AI accelerators and networking continues to be very strong. Q3 AI semiconductor revenue of $16.7 billion grew 221% year-over-year, and 54% quarter-over-quarter,” said Hock Tan, president and CEO of Broadcom.
The company exited the period with approximately $24 billion in cash and cash equivalents.
What’s Next For Broadcom?
Broadcom sees fourth-quarter revenue of approximately $34.8 billion versus estimates of $35.03 billion. The soft guidance appears to be weighing on shares after hours.
“In Q4 the momentum continues, and we expect AI semiconductor revenue to accelerate to $21.7 billion, up 236% year-over-year,” Tan said.
Broadcom’s board approved a quarterly cash dividend of 65 cents per share, payable on Sept. 30 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 21.
