Yext Posts Upbeat Q2 Earnings, Joins Fervo Energy, MiniMed Group And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Tuesday

U.S. stocks were lower, with the Nasdaq Composite falling around 1% on Tuesday.

Shares of Yext Inc (NYSE:YEXT) rose sharply after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter earnings. The company also expanded its agentic marketing platform.

Yext reported quarterly earnings of 21 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 17 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $111.103 million compared to the analyst consensus estimate of $111.300 million.

Yext shares surged 8.4% to $7.34 on Tuesday.

  • Fervo Energy Co (NASDAQ:FRVO) shares jumped 12.4% to $17.28 following reports suggesting it signed a deal to deliver power to Google in 2028.
  • Comstock Resources Inc (NYSE:CRK) gained 10.3% to $15.91 after announcing a $1.65 billion strategic partnership with the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic and a $450 million drilling joint venture with Jerry Jones.
  • Concentrix Corp (NASDAQ:CNXC) surged 8.3% to $32.62.
  • Novartis AG (NYSE:NVS) rose 6.5% to $161.97.
  • MiniMed Group Inc (NASDAQ:MMED) gained 6.1% to $21.50 following strong quarterly sales.
  • Tamboran Resources Corp (NYSE:TBN) rose 6% to $40.15. Tamboran Resources announced commencement of SPCF commissioning activities.
  • Duolingo Inc (NASDAQ:DUOL) gained 5.8% to $157.07. Evercore ISI Group analyst Mark Mahaney upgraded Duolingo from In-Line to Outperform and raised the price target from $105 to $210.
  • Herbalife Ltd (NYSE:HLF) rose 5.1% to $11.55. Herbalife recently announced a CEO transition and reaffirmed FY26 guidance.
  • ChipMOS Technologies Inc – ADR (NASDAQ:IMOS) rose 4.8% to $57.30. ChipMOS Technologies, last month, reported a year-over-year increase in second-quarter financial results.
  • Capricor Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:CAPR) rose 4.1% to $10.32.
  • OIO Group (NASDAQ:OIO) rose 3.7% to $1.95.
  • Medtronic PLC (NYSE:MDT) gained 2.3% to $92.70 after the company reported better-than-expected first-quarter financial results and raised its FY27 adjusted EPS guidance.
