$13.7 Billion Quake AI Term Sheet Accelerates Enterprise Cloud Pivot
The surge follows the company’s disclosure that its Quake AI cloud division entered into a binding term sheet and commercial agreement with an unaffiliated U.S.-based cloud customer for up to $13.7 billion in GPU services over six years.
Under the agreement, Quake AI will supply dedicated AI compute capacity from RUM’s developing Maysville, Georgia data center facility, significantly accelerating its expansion into enterprise cloud infrastructure.
Q2 Beat and Upbeat Q3 Revenue Guidance Fuel Re-Rating
Tuesday’s strength reinforces recent market confidence following the company’s second-quarter earnings report released on Aug. 10, with the stock up over 70% in the trailing month.
RUM Group reported second-quarter revenue of $40.4 million, a 61% year-over-year surge that beat analyst estimates and issued strong third-quarter revenue guidance between $87 million and $93 million.
