Cycurion Adds Another 37% After Stunning 496% Surge—What’s Fueling the Rally?

Cycurion, Inc. (NASDAQ:CYCU) stock surged about 37% in Friday’s premarket trading, extending gains after the stock soared 495.93% on Thursday following the announcement of its largest contract award to date.

The move came as S&P 500 futures rose 0.5% ahead of the opening bell.

Cycurion said it secured its largest-ever contract, valued at about $54.6 million, through a partnership with a top-five global consulting firm.

The company expects the award to generate more than $5 million in annual revenue, with work scheduled to begin in November 2026.

The contract could improve long-term revenue visibility by adding a higher-margin government engagement and reducing earnings volatility if executed successfully.

What Cycurion Does

Cycurion provides cybersecurity and information technology services to government and commercial customers. Its offerings include risk management, cybersecurity, information assurance, systems engineering and help desk services.

The company operates a single reportable segment serving information technology, electronic warfare, information warfare and cybersecurity markets. Most of its revenue comes from advisory consulting, with additional contributions from managed security services and software-as-a-service offerings.

The new government-focused contract could support staffing, improve resource utilization and create opportunities for follow-on work if the customer relationship expands.

Earnings Outlook

Cycurion is expected to report quarterly results on Aug. 13.

Analysts expect the company to post a loss of 56 cents per share, compared with a loss of $4.42 per share in the year-ago period. Revenue is projected at $3.62 million, down from $3.89 million a year earlier.

Price Action

CYCU Stock Price Activity: Cycurion shares were up 36.71% at $2.20 during premarket trading on Friday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
