H.B. Fuller, Trip.com, Hertz Global And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Thursday Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Nasdaq 100 futures gaining more than 2% on Thursday.

Shares of H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE:FUL) fell sharply in pre-market trading following second-quarter results.

H.B. Fuller posted upbeat earnings for the second quarter and raised its FY2026 earnings outlook. The company also announced offer to acquire Advanced Medical Solutions.

H.B. Fuller shares dipped 8.3% to $59.27 in pre-market trading.

  • ARS Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:SPRY) fell 23.2% to $8.10 in pre-market trading. The company lowered its FY26 cash operating expense guidance.
  • Trip.com Group Ltd (NASDAQ:TCOM) declined 15.8% to $39.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported first-quarter results and issued weak second-quarter sales forecast.
  • Nuvation Bio Inc (NASDAQ:NUVB) shares fell 12.5% to $5.68 in pre-market trading after announcing a proposed convertible senior notes offering.
  • High Templar Tech Ltd (NYSE:HTT) dipped 10.8% to $2.80 in pre-market trading. High Templar Tech announced preliminary results of modified Dutch auction tender offer.
  • Taysha Gene Therapies Inc (NASDAQ:TSHA) declined 9.8% to $6.26 in pre-market trading as the company announced pricing of public offering of common stock and pre-funded warrants.
  • Funko Inc (NASDAQ:FNKO) fell 7.6% to $5.22 in pre-market trading after gaining 5% on Wednesday.
  • Optimum Communications Inc (NYSE:OPTU) fell 6.2% to $1.51 in pre-market trading.
  • Hertz Global Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:HTZ) declined 6.2% to $2.80 in pre-market trading. Hertz Global priced public offering of 37,037,037 common stock shares at $2.70 per share.
